One API. Infinite Emails. Now with $250K to prove it.
Today, I'm excited to share that Unosend has raised $250K in pre-seed funding, led by House of Summary.
This one feels personal for our small, stubborn team. We started Unosend because, as builders, we kept running into the same problem: email infrastructure that was slow, fragile, overpriced, or clearly not designed with developers in mind. So we decided to build what we always wished existed, fast, reliable, affordable, and developer-first.
This funding is a real vote of confidence in that mission. More importantly, it gives us the runway to ship faster, keep reliability obsessive, and make email something you never have to think about again.
Why We're Building Unosend
Email is one of the oldest protocols on the internet, yet sending transactional emails reliably in 2026 is still unnecessarily painful. Developers deal with poor documentation, unpredictable pricing, rate limits that don't scale, and deliverability that feels like a black box.
We started Unosend because we believed it could be better:
- โOne simple API โ Send emails with a single HTTP request or SMTP
- โTransparent pricing โ Starting at $0 for 5,000 emails/month, scaling predictably
- โOwn infrastructure โ We run our own mail servers, giving us full control over deliverability
- โGlobal reach โ Multi-region infrastructure across Asia, Europe, and beyond
- โDeveloper experience โ Clean SDKs, great docs, and an API that just works
What This Funding Means
With this $250K, we're doubling down on:
Infrastructure
We're expanding our global mail server network. We own and operate our own infrastructure with per-domain DKIM signing and full control over deliverability. This funding lets us add more nodes and improve redundancy.
Product
We're building features developers actually need โ broadcasts for marketing emails, contact management, audience segmentation, email validation, and a powerful dashboard to monitor everything.
Team
We're hiring engineers who are passionate about building reliable infrastructure at scale. If that sounds like you, reach out.
About House of Summary
We're grateful to have House of Summary lead this round. They understood our vision from day one โ that email infrastructure deserves a modern, developer-first approach. Their support goes beyond capital; their network and operational expertise have been invaluable as we scale.
A special thank you to Aryan Khuman, CEO of House of Summary, for believing in Unosend early and championing our mission. Your conviction in what we're building gave us the confidence to move fast and think big. We wouldn't be here without your support.
What's Next
We're just getting started. Here's what's on our roadmap:
- โMore global nodes โ Lower latency for developers everywhere
- โAdvanced analytics โ Deep deliverability insights and reputation monitoring
- โBroadcasts โ Send marketing emails and newsletters to your audiences at scale
- โContact management โ Audiences, segmentation, and suppression lists built in
- โEmail validation โ Verify email addresses before sending to protect your sender reputation
- โEnterprise features โ Dedicated IPs, custom DKIM, SLA guarantees
- โOpen-source SDKs โ Node.js, Python, Go, and more
Our goal is simple: one platform for all your email messaging with a single API key.
